Advance FM is a single point of contact for all planned and reactive facilities maintenance works covering the domestic and commercial industry, 365 days of the year.
We are currently looking for Administrators to join our team.
The role briefly comprises of the following:
– Accept and handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
– Liaise with clients, engineers, suppliers and sub-contractors
– Assist engineers in the ordering of parts and materials
– Maintain client satisfaction, meeting with correct KPI’s and SLA’s
– Create and maintain electronic filing systems
– Manage personal inbox
– Undertake general office duties and provide general administrative support to Team Leaders
– Demonstrate the company’s core values and act with professionalism at all times whilst providing excellent customer service
