  • Remove Chimney breast to conservatory
  • Install new doorway to conservatory
  • Rewire all the premises including new fuse board all tested and approved on completion
  • Rebuild internal walls to allow better use of the space
  • Reboard walls and ceilings then replaster
  • Install new skirting, doors and architrave
  • Paint internally
  • Excavate front garden by 150mm
  • Lay a bed of type 1 and compact
  • Tarmac front garden
  • Excavate all bushes and waste from rear and relay pathway
  • Clad garage in white UPVC
  • Project Time Scale 6 Weeks
